Registration Fees & Deadlines

*All listed registration deadlines are payment deadlines. Rates are only locked in when paid prior to the deadline. Non-payment at the time of a deadline will result in your registration rate increasing to the next available rate.

NDEO Member Pricing

Early Bird (available through 6/1) - $440
Regular (available 6/2 - 8/31) - $490
Late (available 9/1 - conference) - $540

NDEO Student Member Pricing

Eligible for NDEO Undergraduate and Graduate Student Members. These special discounted prices are available through 8/31.

$200 for those who attend a university/college that is an NDEO institutional member
$250 for those who do not attend NDEO institutional member schools

Pre-Conference Intensives

Make your plans to be in Albuquerque on Thursday, September 24th to partake in the deep dives into specialized content our pre-conference intensives provide! Intensives will be announced in Spring 2026. Estimated pricing $75-$150.

Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds after 8/31/26. Email conference@ndeo.org to cancel.

90% refund through 7/31/26
75% refund 8/2/26 - 8/31/26
After 8/31/26, no refunds, but registrations may be transferred to another individual (see below for fees). Please note that the individual receiving the transferred registration must have an NDEO membership to receive a member registration rate and an NDEO Student membership to receive a student registration rate. NDEO memebrship is not transferrable.

Registration Transfers

Transfering registration from one individual to another after payment incurs the following fees. Email conference@ndeo.org to request a transfer. No transfers after 9/21/26.

$25 fee through 8/31/26
$50 fee 9/1/26 - 9/21/26
No transfers after 9/21/26.

Registration Discounts

NDEO offers several opportunities for free and reduced conference registration. Click on the title of each for more information and to apply.

Professional Development Scholarships: Scholarship recipients receive a year of NDEO membership and may choose between National Conference attendance or a 12-week OPDI course. The Thom Cobb Scholarship covers a 3-night stay at the conference hotel in addtion to registration and membership.
Conference Student Scholarships: For eligible undergraduate and graduate students, the scholarship provides complimentary conference registration and NDEO membership for a year.
Conference Proposal Adjudication: Help shape conference by reviewing session proposals. Adjudicators receive a $100 discount on their registration.
Conference Student Volunteer Opportunities: Receive complimentary conference registration in exchange for volunteering during conference.
