At NDEO, we believe that “It All Starts With A Dance Teacher!” We have seen first hand how impactful a quality dance education can be for students, regardless of their gender, age, race or culture, socio-economic status, ability or interest. We know that dance teachers make that impact possible, and we exist to support those educators in their good work. Be sure to thank your dance teacher for the special role that they have played in your life, and “pay it forward” by donating to NDEO so that more teachers can benefit more students by providing them with a quality dance education. Help NDEO get closer to #DanceEducationforAll.
NDEO acknowledges the generous contributions of Jody and John Arnhold and the Arnhold Foundation in supporting NDEO's JDEI, Strategic Plan, and Professional Development Scholarship initiatives, along with general operating support.

If you’re 70.5 years or older, you can make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) directly from your IRA, up to $100,000 per year, without paying income tax on that amount. This is a tax-advantaged way to support NDEO, but specifics may vary.
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is an investment account for charitable giving that offers an immediate tax benefit and the flexibility to support your preferred charities (such as NDEO!) right away or over time. Advantages to donating via your DAF:
If you are interested in donating to NDEO through your DAF, NDEO’s tax ID number is 52-2068986.
Many employers offer matching gift programs in which the company will match charitable contributions made to non-profits by their employees. Some companies even offer to match gifts made by retirees. This is a simple way of doubling or even tripling your support of NDEO!
Cash contributions aren’t the only ways you can show your support of NDEO. We also gladly accept donated items and in-kind services including office space, gift certificates to area businesses, volunteer time at events, or on our board; hosting a donor event, and more. We will create a tax receipt for the estimated cost of your donated item or service so your gift is still considered 100% tax-deductible.
Support the sustainability and long-lasting impact of NDEO by planning your gift now, for the future! With a diverse range of gift types available, from cash, to real estate, to stocks, and more, this predictable organizational support helps NDEO step into the future with certainty.
As NDEO is a tax-exempt non-profit organization under IRS Code 501(c)(3), all gifts are deductible for income tax purposes as provided by law. Tax benefits from charitable contributions vary depending upon the state in which you live.
