Over 90% of conference sessions come from session proposals accepted from submissions to the open Call for Session Proposals. NDEO seeks a team of adjudicators to read and review submitted session proposals for the conference. Help shape the next NDEO Conference!

Adjudicator Requirements & Expectations

You must be a current NDEO member with membership current through the proposal review period. While not required, it is highly recommend that you have attended at least one prior NDEO National Conference. Preference is given to new applicants. Adjudicators may still submit a session proposal for conference; you will not be asked to review a session proposal on which you are a presenter or faculty sponsor. Accepted adjudicators will receive a $100 discount off conference registration in return for their service and should expect to review 50-65 session proposals. See the Adjudicator Proposal Rubric.

Adjudication Timeline

Subject to change and will be updated with dates as they are set.

• Session Proposals Due - early February
• Session Proposals assigned to adjudicators - approximately 2 weeks after proposal deadline
• Adjudicator scores and comments are due - approximately 3 weeks after proposals assigned
